Carltons Parking Policy
Our parking lot is reserved for the use of our employees and customers during store hours. Customers may park in our lot only while they are shopping at Carltons. We must make every effort to ensure parking is available when you want to shop with us by enforcing this policy. No parking after or before store hours allowed by employees or customers.
At Carltons your right to privacy and data security are a primary concern. That's why, when you visit www.carltonsapparel.com, we help you maintain control over your personal data on the Internet. Below are the guidelines we use for protecting the information you provide us during a visit to our Internet sites.

Carltons Shipping Policy (internet only)
Free UPS Ground shipping and handling for all orders $100 or more. We charge customers' credit cards the day the order ships. We ship to all 50 states. Unless otherwise instructed, we will ship via UPS Ground. There will be additional charges if you want to insure the shipment or expedite shipment delivery. There is a $10.00 shipping and handling charge for orders $0.01 - $99.99. Free UPS Ground shipping and handling for all orders $100 or more. Other shipping options are available at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges (Internet)
We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the merchandise. No returns after 30We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is shipped.
Carltons Return and Exchange Policy (in-store and internet)
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by receipt or copy of receipt.
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
Christmas and Hanukka purchases must be returned or exchanged by January 10 - only items
bought after November 15.
No returns or exchanges for 50% off or more sale merchandise. All purchases of sale merchandise 50% off or more the original price are final.
No returns or exchanges for Bathing Suits, Jewelry, Undergarments, Shearling Coats, Fine Fur Coats, Food/Candy Items, and altered and/or previously worn garments.

Please follow these instructions when returning/exchanging an item.
1. Please include name, address, primary phone number, type of credit card and credit card number.
2. Please list the items(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice or separate sheet of paper and note the reason (defective, wrong size, did not like).
3. Please indicate whether you would like us to credit the charge card used or give you a store/merchandise credit. If you would like an exchange, let us know what you want by noting it on the invoice or a separate sheet of paper.
4. Carefully pack and seal your return securely and include all of the return/exchange information. Returns/exchanges must be returned in floor ready condition. If we cannot sell your return to someone else, we will be unable to give you your money back.
